As Group Technical Director at Frontier Zdravlje, Zoran leads all technical and operational functions across manufacturing, quality, regulatory and technology transfer. He plays a key role in strengthening technical capabilities, driving efficiency, and ensuring that every product leaving our facilities meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Zoran has held senior leadership positions at Baxter International in EMEA, overseeing multiple manufacturing sites within a regional cluster, and at Famar, where he led Global Sterility Assurance and Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T). He began his career at Hemofarm (Stada), where he built a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Zoran believes that technical excellence starts with people. He is passionate about developing capable teams, encouraging collaboration between functions, and creating an environment where innovation and accountability go hand in hand.
Interests/Hobbies outside of work: Playing/watching basketball and studying modern manufacturing and technology trends. Enjoying good cup of coffee anywhere/anytime.
