Passionate about pharmaceutical quality and patient safety, Snezana Stojilkovic has built an exceptional career over more than three decades. After graduating as a Pharmacist from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade, she joined our company eager to contribute to research and development.
Over the years, Snezana has held key roles, including Validation Manager and QA Manager, where her commitment to excellence and attention to detail shone through. She further enhanced her knowledge with specialist studies in Industrial Pharmacy and QP specialization, deepening her expertise in pharmaceutical processes.
Her dedication to high standards and precision led to her becoming Quality Director, where she now leads a team of nearly 90 professionals. Under her leadership, she successfully ensured another GMP recertification, reinforcing the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality and regulatory standards.
Interests/Hobbies outside of work: She enjoys nature and almost every weekend, she goes to the mountains near her hometown, to a house that is over 100 years old, decorated by herself in a traditional style. There, she enjoys long walks with her husband and dog, cooking traditional Serbian food, and spending time with friends.
What she appreciates most about Frontier Zdravlje: She values the people she works with, the joint efforts made every day, and the culture of continuous improvement. Frontier Zdravlje is a great professional playground with so much to learn and so much to give.
