Before joining Frontier Zdravlje in 2022 as Group Human Resources Director, Tamara held senior HR leadership roles in some of the most influential companies in the region. She played a key role in establishing HR operations in complex corporate environments, overseeing teams, and supporting executive leadership in designing agile, high-performing organizations. From defining compensation and benefits strategies to implementing HRIS systems and talent acquisition frameworks, her expertise has directly contributed to business success.
