With more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors, Zeljko has held senior leadership roles at Stada, PepsiCo, and Coca-Cola, where he successfully led large teams and delivered high-impact initiatives across regional and global markets.
At Stada, he oversaw supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on enhancing planning systems, improving packaging and inventory performance, and supporting the development of contract manufacturing operations. These initiatives generated measurable cost savings and stronger service levels, while maintaining the highest compliance and quality standards.
During his time at PepsiCo, Zeljko managed end-to-end supply chain functions across 14 markets, spanning procurement, production, logistics, and customer collaboration. He played a key role in transformation projects, including network optimization and strategic sourcing enhancements.
