Vishal Gupta is an accomplished finance leader with over 17 years of expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and strategic planning. As Group CFO of Frontier Zdravlje, he spearheads value-driven initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth through effective capital management, risk mitigation, and financial planning.
Before joining Frontier Zdravlje, Vishal held a key leadership role at a pioneering battery technology firm in London, overseeing corporate finance and treasury. Prior to that, he played a pivotal role in setting up and strengthening the treasury and finance function at a major UK-based refinery, where he successfully managed debt financing, working capital optimization, and high-value transactions, including a refinery acquisition, an oil terminal acquisition, and multiple project finance and corporate debt deals.
He has been focused on setting up financial frameworks to deliver improved profitability and operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, Vishal held senior finance roles in India, where he was instrumental in executing a significant London Stock Exchange listing that later earned a place in the FTSE 100.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from a top-tier management institute in India and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from a premier engineering institution. With his extensive experience and strategic acumen, Vishal continues to be a trusted leader in today’s evolving financial landscape.
