With a career spanning almost three decades, Dusan Cvetanovic has been at the heart of site production leadership, guiding teams with expertise and dedication. His journey began with a degree in Technology Engineering from the Faculty of Technology in Leskovac in 1995. A year later, he joined the company, quickly making his mark in production.
Over the years, Dusan took on increasingly responsible roles, leading Solid Oral Dosage production and packaging from 2003, followed by a transition to OSD Production Management in 2012. His leadership continued to evolve, with appointments as Senior Production Manager in 2017 and Associate Director of Production in 2018. He further deepened his expertise by completing a specialization in Industrial Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade in 2019.
In 2021, Dusan took on the role of Production Director, and from 2023, he was promoted to Senior Site Production Director, driving operational excellence and innovation. As from October 2024 Dusan has been appointed as Senior Operations Director, managing the key Operations of Frontier Zdravlje, including Production, Maintenance and EHS.
Interests/Hobbies outside of work: Walking and cycling in nature, music, movies, socializing.
What he appreciates most about Frontier Zdravlje: Recognition of employees’ affinity, enabling personal development and growth, as well as job advancement. A strong business culture and positive working atmosphere allow employees to establish a sense of belonging to the community/company.
