Dalibor brings over 15 years of international experience in finance, gained across Europe, the U.S., and India. At Frontier Zdravlje, he leads Group Finance and Business Excellence, where he focuses on financial strategy, operational improvement, and creating value through collaboration and smart decision-making.
Before joining Frontier Zdravlje, Dalibor spent more than a decade at Ball Corporation, a Fortune 500 leader in sustainable packaging. There, he held several impactful roles—from leading finance for a $6B beverage division in North and Central America to helping launch an internal startup focused on aluminum cups. His ability to work across functions and cultures allowed him to contribute to both mature operations and fast-moving ventures.
Earlier at Ball, Dalibor was part of the global audit team, where he worked on various projects across Europe, the U.S., and India. He later moved into financial reporting leadership for the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong internal controls during times of growth and change.
Dalibor began his career at PwC, where he built a strong foundation in auditing, reporting, and financial controls. He is appreciated for his thoughtful approach, curiosity, and calm leadership style, even in complex situations.
