With 17 years of international experience, Sanja Spasojevic is a seasoned expert in commercial management, business development, and strategic negotiations, having held key roles at British Petroleum (BP) and Essar Oil UK.
At Essar Oil UK, as Senior Supply Manager, she was instrumental in maximizing profitability through the trading and physical sales of key oil products. Her strategic vision and negotiation expertise helped drive significant portfolio growth.
Later, at BP, she took on the role of Commercial Manager in aviation trading, leading business development efforts, optimizing global supply networks, and managing high-value partnerships.
Sanja’s work at the UK Petroleum Industry Association involved collaborating with major industry players on regulatory and market strategies. Now, at Frontier Zdravlje, she applies her deal-making skills and commercial insight to expand our CDMO partnerships, fostering sustainable growth and innovation.
Sanja holds a Master’s degree and specialisation in International Political Economy from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London. Her analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit make her an invaluable addition to our team.
Interests/Hobbies outside of work: Playing the piano, spending time with the kids and travelling back to London to visit old friends.
